Patrick H. Ball

Owner

Patrick is a 1998 Graduate of Miami University. He received his BS in Business Management with a Thematic Sequence and Capstone in Contract Law. After graduation, Patrick spent several years working for a large community bank. In 2001 Patrick joined McNelly, Patrick & Associates as an Account Executive. In 2007 Patrick and his partner (Angie Sprouse) opened Jackson Insurance Brokerage.

Patrick is involved in many community activities. He serves on the boards of Buckeye Community Services, The Jackson County Economic Development Board, The Oak Hill Chamber of Commerce & The Jackson County United Fund. Patrick is also a member of the Jackson Lion's Club

In 2007 Patrick was honored by the Jackson Area of Commerce for his service to the community.

In 2010 Patrick alone with his wife, Melissa, were awarded the Oak Hill Chamber of Commerce's Entrepreneurs of the Year for their development of the IronOak Center.

Patrick and his wife (Melissa) live in Jackson, Ohio. They have two daughters (Josie and Kaylee).

Angela D. Sprouse

Owner

Angie started her professional career as the Manager of a large Retail furniture store. In 2000 she made the transition to Employee Benefits when she joined McNelly, Patrick & Associates as an Account Executive. In 2007 she and her partner (Patrick H. Ball) opened Jackson Insurance Brokerage.

Angie has spent the last 8 years developing strong relationships with many public entities. She continues to bring innovative solutions to many school districts and municipalities. While Angie is the broker for groups in excess of 500 lives, she also has groups as small as 2 lives. Her unique blend of funding mechanisms and benefit plans designs can be applied to almost any group size.

Angie and her husband (Chad) make there home in Oak Hill, Ohio. They have two sons (Cody and Drew).
